Renée A. Prejean-Motanky is a strategic marketing and communications professional admired by many for her “out of the box” thinking and a willingness to do whatever it takes to make a project successful. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, Renée has a track record in mobilizing grass roots campaigns, and building positive relationships with key stakeholders.

From new business development and strategy to design, communications and public relations, Renée understands what goes into the creation of excellence. She has worked as a journalist and editor and has hands-on experience in most aspects of the communications industry. As principal of RPM Marketing, she is still directly involved with the strategic planning, concept development and design for every RPM client.

Before establishing RPM in 2002, Renée served as a marketing/communications leader working for major entities ranging from the public to not-for-profit sectors. She has also worked in the engineering and transportation industries. Her diverse experience lends tremendous dexterity to the collaborative leadership style and strong business acumen that clients have come to appreciate.
